Returns for In Store Purchases:
Returns are available for 30 days from the date of delivery for exchange or refund. Please email [email protected] to start the exchange or return.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused, tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. Undergarments such as bralette’s are final sale.
To return your product, you should mail your request to us via our email and we will give you the return label. Without the return label we will not receive the package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the reason for returning is caused by us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund will be issued immediately after we have well received your return package, we will inform you via email and you should expect your money to be refunded in 24 hours since the time we informed you.
